Salted a few hours beforehand, reverse seared at 250F in the oven until up to temp and seared in cast iron after hitting it with a little extra salt and pepper prior to dropping it in the pan.

Thanks! I usually do a prime rib, but decided to switch it up this year and do pastas. I made this, a mac & cheese, and some crab dip as an appetizer. I’m still bursting at the seems 12 hours later, but it was worth it.
