If you’ve ever heard of Metamucil, that’s just psyllium husk in a powder form and it’s not just for old people. Adding some of this to your daily routine has a ton of benefits. I tried to write a few sentences explaining the benefits but they all turn out like shit.

    • Yup. You just have to tank the first few days. If you’re initially having gigashits, I’d take that as a sign that you need this more, not less
