If you’ve ever heard of Metamucil, that’s just psyllium husk in a powder form and it’s not just for old people. Adding some of this to your daily routine has a ton of benefits. I tried to write a few sentences explaining the benefits but they all turn out like shit.

Well that’s a pain in the ass, isn’t it?

I believe it though. Researchers out there have shown that even things like time of day can make a HUGE difference in the measurable results of different remedies and medicines. It’s inconvenient as shit for those of us who would like to wake up, chug a handful of pills, and get on with our day.

Sorry for the pedantry but time of day is a something of a misnomer.

Many people live in weird and varied schedules.

For those who might need to be told, what time it is is irrelevant. It’s typically the amount of time before or after something else happens that is the relevant information here so consider how that affects you if you don’t live a typical morning to evening lifestyle.

And also learn what things you should and shouldn’t eat or consume any time you take medication. It can easily be something as simple as substituting something instead of completely changing your routines. Unfortunately that is a trial by error thing so not a good method to figure out problems you may have with meds
