If you’ve ever heard of Metamucil, that’s just psyllium husk in a powder form and it’s not just for old people. Adding some of this to your daily routine has a ton of benefits. I tried to write a few sentences explaining the benefits but they all turn out like shit.

This is where I’m at right now. Used to quickly drink it mixed with water and that was a challenge at times
This is how I do it, yeah the first couple glasses were kinda weird but then once you’ve experienced it and know what to expect, it really isn’t bad at all.
Just drink it as quickly as humanly possible once it’s in the water
