    Presumption of innocence as a concept goes back to at least the 6th century and is part of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

    Article 11

    1. Everyone charged with a penal offence has the right to be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law in a public trial at which he has had all the guarantees necessary for his defence.

        And what causes you to believe the veracity of that evidence above all any other? Is it not possible in any way that it was fabricated? Perhaps planted? Do you know all of the facts? If you personally, at this moment, feel confident enough to sentence him, you have no claim to be taken seriously in this regard. You have not seen the details of the evidence. You are distorting the mechanism of justice that society uses either through malice or incompetence.
